With all this web craziness, it’s easy to forget the hey day of print. Recently I was taking some photos of a brochure I designed back in the day where the real estate market was invincible and any signs of a bubble were just cautionary tales by the old timers.

The Chaparral Brochure was large in scale, and full of character. Complete with embossed leather cover, tarnished hardware, and leather string tie. It was a cool project to be involved in and looking back, a reminding of the real estate market that was at its peak.
