			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Basalt Colorado is home to <a href="http://www.lslightingdesign.com">Lacroux Streeb Lighting Design</a>. These folks do incredible lighting solutions for the Aspen elite and beyond. They were in need of a new website that was easy to use, but that also showcased their work in stunning simplicity. But their biggest problem wasn&#8217;t the out-dated website. It was their logo and website. Their brand was all over the place. Incredible samples of work framed by an old site, with an older logo that confused the audience of their capabilities and position in the market.</p>
<p>With a minor refreshing of their logo, and deployment of a custom Flash-like WordPress website, Lacroux Streeb is off and running. Their new brand presence is cohesive, and powerful. Their works tells the story and the logo and website support the message.</p>

<p>Kenyon Brand was hired to build upon the town of Carbondale&#8217;s brand as it was just beginning to promote itself as more than just a town down-valley from Aspen and Snowmass. Us down valley trash, (DVT), as we are proudly known in these parts, know what makes Carbondale unique. Developing and designing the brand strategy has been one of our most enjoyable projects. I love this town, and love what I do when projects like this come around. Stay tuned for more on Carbondale&#8217;s new look as we head into 2010.</p>

To our surprise, there was no real estate firm in Aspen that leveraged the resort town&#8217;s most revered and hairy resident. With classic type, and a strong iconic symbol, Aspen Estates comes out of the gate swinging as one of Aspen&#8217;s premier firms with a clear grasp of why visitors throughout the world aim to make Aspen home, or at least a second home that is.</p>

<p>If there was ever a client that made us jealous of what they do it is Mountain World Travel&#8217;s eco-adventure business. One look at their vast photo collection, (the kind they gathered from actually being there) will make anyone second guess what they do for a living. Developing a logo and website design was the easy part, knowing it will come to an end was the hard part. Every now and then we need to visit their website just to look at the amazing images from places that make the mountains of Colorado pale in comparison, something we thought was hard to do.</p>

<p>Ski.com, the largest name in international ski vacations (and not a bad url too!), had a home page that was cluttered, difficult to navigate and didn&#8217;t showcase what made ski.com better than the rest. Kenyon Design Works developed a home page that not only made it easier for visitors to book vacations, it also showcased Ski.com&#8217;s great tools for vacation planning, passionate staff, and interactive content. Making a home page work make look simple, but it takes an understanding our client&#8217;s customers, with an intimate understanding of how what makes our clients unique.</p>
